SG-1165 Base - Screen Cache Deck doesn't working for a specific role and user

 Description 

If the user try to add any screen to the screen cache deck using the option “Add Screen Cache†the screen is not added to the screen cache deck

This is happened for the role called IT-AM, for the other roles is working as expected.

*Steps to reproduce*

# Log in as user: USER

# Switch to role : IT-AM

# Go to ITAM Equipment | Asset screen

# Right-click on the screen and select the option “Add to Screen Cacheâ€

*Expected result*

After log out and log in again view the screen added to screen cache deck

*Actual result*

An error message saying “A record using this value already exists.†appears
