It is not possible to select a PM Work Order in Customer Contracts | Contract Items - Work Order field, although according to user case also PM work orders should be shown there. Steps: # Create a Customer Contract with all required data, or select an existing Customer Contract. # Customer Contracts | Contract Items - open Work Order lookup, and see that no PM Work Order is shown in the lookup. Also opening the dataspy and looking at the code we can see that the PM work orders are excluded. Current behaviour: No PM Work Order can be selected. Expected behaviour: PM work orders should be shown in the lookup. Conditions • All work orders with a status of Work Request or Released or Completed. • DEPTSEC: o OFF = System displays all work orders. o ON = System displays work order records as long as the Department of the work order has a corresponding record on the Department Security tab of the logged in user and is NOT marked read-only. • Work orders with a system job type = MEC will not be displayed. • If the header record is associated to a common organization list all work orders of all organizations. • If the header record is organization specific only list work orders for that same organization. |
