1. Administration | Security | Install Parameter - Set ROLESECU = ON 2. Administration | Email Messenger| Email Templates 3. Create a Template called POTEST and enter a Recipients email address and associate PZORDF Report to template 4. Administration | Email Messenger | Email Notification Setup - Create a notification on R5ORDERS with a blank From Status and a To Status of A on Update. 5. Create the Parameters as follows: Parameter 1 - ORD_CODE - Report Parameter Line 2 Parameter 15 - :MP5USER 6. Set the notification as Active. 7. Login and Approve a PO to trigger the notification. Actual Results: Email is sent with report; however, report shows No Record Returned. Expected Results: Email is sent with report and the report is displayed when attempting to Open. |
