1. Administration | Security | Install Parameters 2. Filter for JTAUTH Set JTAUTH and JTAUTHLV to YES 3. Go to Administration | Setup | System Codes Setup = Types and Entity = JBTP Note what default is check for the system code of BR 4.. Administration | Security | User Groups Select your User Group and make sure the Default WO Type field is blank Go to the WO Authorizations tab Make sure you have some WO Types listed BUT do not add the WO Type that you found that was checked as the default 5. Log out of EAM and back in 6. Work | WO Quick Entry (nothing should be populated in the Status or WO Type fields) 7. Add a WO Type 8. Click in the drop down for the statuses - No Statuses appear in drop down *Expected result:* The statuses should show after you add a WO Type *Actual result:* No statues appear after you add a WO Type |
