Base - in Job Setup screen when we activate the Jobs they are not getting Started(Hertz Only) h4. Environment https://url.com Browser: IE11 h4. Steps # Log in # Go to Job Setup # Activate the MAIL and save (Issue#1 - activate a never run job) # Inactivate the ECAPDRV and save # Activate the ECAPDRV and save (Issue#2 - reactivate a running job) # Wait 15 minutes (Actual waiting is more than 12 hours) h4. Actual result MAIL and ECAPDRV are not running. h4. Expected result MAIL and ECAPDRV are running. h4. Note This issue happens on fleet(Cloud) environment only. Not see the issue on Cloud(ORA) and local (ORA and SQL). |
