EAM-55571 Screen Designer for Field Work - Missing Links for some User Groups and on different tenants

 Description 

Customer is on MT Cloud 11.7 202201 and found 3 issues. Links are missing for some user groups while appearing for another user group. Also there are missing Links when login to different tenants.

Production environment

Issue 1

1. Go to Administration > Security > Screen Designer for Digital Work.

2. Choose Screen = WSJOBS , Copy From Group = ADMIN , Save to Group = ADMIN, then click on Load Layout, the Link for 'Book Labor' appears.

3. Reset screen.

4. Choose Screen = WSJOBS, Copy from Group = VNZ-NOP1, Save to Group = VNZ-NOP1, then click on Load Layout, the Link for 'Book Labor' is missing.

Actual results : Missing Book Labor for VNZ-NOP1

Expected results : Book Labor should appear for VNZ-NOP1

Issue 2

1. Go to Administration > Security > Screen Designer for Digital Work.

2. Choose Screen = WSJOBS , Panel = ACT, Copy From Group = ADMIN , Save to Group = ADMIN then click on Load Layout, the Link for 'View Task Plan Instruction' appears.

3. Reset screen.

4. Choose Screen = WSJOBS , Panel = ACT, Copy from Group = VNZ-NOP1, Save to Group = VNZ-NOP1, then click on Load Layout, the Link for 'View Task Plan Instruction' is missing.

Actual results : Missing View Task Plan Instruction for VNZ-NOP1

Expected results : View Task Plan Instruction should appear for VNZ-NOP1

Test environment
