EAM-54356 Data Lake Upload Setup - Transaction failed with error "The first batch of 700 rows is larger than the payload Size 5242880"

 Description

A few customers are getting this error "Exception Message The first batch of 700 rows is larger than the payload Size 5242880" in their Data Lake Upload schedules. When we had such errors, we will need to manually run a re-seeding script to reset the records with same timestamps.

For the past month, there is already 2-3 requests from a same customer just to re-seed the timestamp. Tables with such issues usually from r5objects and r5events.

Is it possible to look into enabling the DLU to manage larger set of records in a single timestamp crossing the 5MB limit, so that we are done with use of corrective scripts?

Steps:

1. Go to Administration > Data Lake > Data Lake Upload Setup.

2. Create a new schedule record and set the frequency 1 Days.

3. Click to Tables tab and add the "R5EVENTS" in the Table field, change Status field to 'Active'. Click back to Record view and change Status field to 'Active'

4. Wait for schedule to run and then check the error message which shows "Exception Message The first batch of 700 rows is larger than the payload Size 5242880"

Expected Results : No error message should show.

Actual Results : Error message is showing.
