There are icon buttons for Save as Default and Refresh, plus a Collapse (X) button.

Save as Default - Saves the layout of the Chart section including Chart controls options.

Refresh - Refreshes the data in the Chart section.

Collapse - Collapses the Chart controls area and expands the chart display area.
