  • Start Date Basis - Default setting for how warranty period will start.

  • Default Duration - Default duration setting in days for warranty period

  • Default Renewal Threshold - Default renewal threshold setting in days for when alerts are to be initiated

  • Exclude PM Work Order - Check box to flag if user is to receive notification of equipment under warranty when generating PM Work Orders. Default is "checked" so that user will not receive notification when generating PM Work Orders. Notification will still display for non-PM Work Orders created.

  • Part List Required for Warranty Claim - Select for part list is to be printed when warranty claim is printed

  • RMA Required - Check box that indicates if RMA or Return Material Authorization number is required
