To view a document in IDM:

In the IDM menu, select the Document Management icon.

In the <Document Types> field, select EAM and then click Search.

Select the document to view additional details.
In this example, a document was added in EAM to a Work Order. The Attributes of this document also reference the organization to which the document was associated, the Documentid, and the Relationship. The Relationship value is a concatenation of the entity and the code; in this case EVNT is the associated work order and 13165 is the work order code.
