To make the WSPromptTransaction inbound operate for an entity, three web service prompts, add, update and delete, need to be defined for the entity in both the inbound and outbound EAM systems. The web service prompt definitions need to be exact duplicates, including the name of the prompts and the field sequences, in the two EAM systems.
