• To access the application:

1. Select one or more devices in the NetWorks map window and select Tools > Custom Command > Analysis: Field Work History.

   At least one feature must be selected in the map window to start the function.

2. Field Work History opens. The data of all planned, active, and completed orders of the selected equipment is displayed.

3. If you select a different object in the map window, click File > Refresh to update the grid and display order data of the recently selected object.

   You can also access this function by clicking in the toolbar.

• To exit the application:

1. To exit Field Work History, click the Exit button at the right corner of the window, or select File > Exit from the Main Menu.

Field Work History window is divided into the following areas:

• Main menu (menu bar at the top of the window)

• Toolbar (below the main menu)

• Table display with order data (table view/grid, top)

• Table displays with order details (table views/grids, below)

• Status bar (at the bottom of the window)

The relationship between the table displays is as follows:

• If you select an order in the upper table display the corresponding details are displayed in the lower table displays.

• The order data is displayed at the bottom left and the associated activities at the bottom right. If you select a different order on the left, the right table display is updated and filled with the activities of the selected order.
