Log on to the Desktop Client.

On the Report Administration module, click Create a new report definition.

On the REPORT ADMINISTRATION WIZARD dialog, in the Basic Properties tab, type a Name and Description for the view definition.

On the View Access and Edit Access tabs, select the SDxConnUpdate and SDxConnView roles.

In the Example object box, type Tags, and select any of your created Tags in the Object name box, and then click Next.

In the Expand Relationships list, select the Parent item, unit, and criticality rating.
It is necessary to select the criticality rating only if you have selected it when
creating the Tags.

On the Properties tab, in the Include column, select the checkboxes for the necessary properties (as shown in the image below), and then click Finish.
