HxGN SDx or SPO/E Core or both must be installed on a client workstation with an existing Desktop Client installation. Update 35 (10.00.35.xxxx) or later of SPO/E Core or Update 42 (10.00.42.xxxx) or later of HxGN SDx, or both, is required with all the software prerequisites consistent with the versions.
