Submitted revision

A submitted revision is created when you submit a document using an MDR deliverable submittal with the Grouped Review flag enabled on the project.

Rejected submitted revision

The rejected submitted revision is created when a user with a document controller role rejects an incorrect submitted revision.

These documents are not visible in a normal search and can only be found in the ToDo list or with relationship expansion.

Superseded rejected submitted revision

The superseded rejected submitted revision is created when you reject a submitted revision and submit a new version. The earlier version is superseded.

Planned revision

Using an MDR planning submittal, you can create a placeholder document. Such a document is reserved and has full document representation (master, revision, and version), but does not have a file attached. A typical revision is ‘—’.

Superseded planned revision

The planned revision has been superseded by the submission of the actual document. The document is revised to a normal revision scheme from a planned revision scheme.
