An export report is available for download only if the submittal fails in the second stage of the export process. The information in the Microsoft Excel report allows you to take any corrective actions.

  1. On the My Submittals page, select a submittal, and click Refresh .

  2. Click the Export Report link available below the EXPORT progress bar.

    SHARED Tip The report is saved to the default download location on your computer.

If any submittal jobs are awaiting approval by a user later than the value specified by DaysBeforeCleanUp setting, a file not found error may occur during the export process. This is because the files have been removed from the SubmissionsShareDirectory. For more information on the DaysBeforeCleanUp setting, see File Service Settings node properties.
