Actions are used by companies and their contractors to define and track observations made during a review that require additional followup.

The following statuses apply to outgoing and internal actions.

Status	Description
RESERVED	The action has been created (draft).
ISSUED	The action has been sent to the receiver.
RESPONDED	The action has been responded.
REJECTED	The action has been rejected.
RESPONSE REJECTED	The action's response has been rejected.
COMPLETED	The action has been closed.
