The To Do List widget displays a summary of your To Do List which contains all of the workflow objects assigned to you or your role which have tasks that you need to action or complete. For more information on the To Do List, see Using the To Do List.
In the To Do List widget, your tasks are displayed by either configuration or object type. You can switch between these views at the bottom of the widget.
The To Do List widget ignores the Query by selected configurations only setting. However, it does respect your selected life cycle Status Filters. For more information, see Working with scopes.
Click on an area in the To Do List chart to open the selected items in the To Do List.
Only tasks that can be carried out by your currently selected roles are displayed in the To Do List. Therefore, if your To Do List appears empty, or has fewer tasks than shown in your To Do List widget, change your selected roles as described in Change your roles.
To filter the tasks included in the widget, use the following buttons:
