The submitter of the signature request gets a task in their To Do List to review the signatures.
If all the files are signed by all the signers, the system sends the Review signature request response task to the submitter's To Do List.

Select the Review signature request response task in your To Do List.

Click Actions
> Complete to accept the request or Actions > Reject to reject the request.
If some files are not signed or one or more signers declined to sign, the system sends the Signature request validation failed task to the submitter's To Do List.

Select the Signature request validation failed task in your To Do List.
On the step details, see Message from the previous step to see the list of unsigned files by the individual signers or the declined signers
with the reason.

Click Actions
> Complete to accept the request or Actions > Reject to reject the request.

If the submitter accepts the request, a Completion notice is sent to the submitter's To Do List.

If the submitter rejects the request, the documents and files are delinked from the signature request so that they can be attached to another request.
