Problem
Markup layers do not convert to the supported file format when viewing a file or when generating an alternate rendition of the file. The following error message appears in the console:
Failed to convert deprecated markups - Failed to generate commented pdf using Queue server.
Cause
You might encounter this problem if the queue server is not running.
Solution
Ensure that the queue server is running on the application server.

Log on to the server as the administrator running Blazon services.

Click Start > Services.

Verify that the Blazon Queue Server is running and set to Automatic.
