Managing CAD custom fonts - HxGN SDx - Update 64 - Help

Problem

While converting DWG and DGN files to PDF, fonts are not generated properly in the PDF rendition.

Solution

You can use the viewer's font support.

1. Place the fonts (for example: SHX) in a specific folder.

2. In the Server Manager, go to the File Service settings for the SDx site and type the path to the custom fonts folder for the DWG and DGN files in the CustomFontsPath property.

3. Perform an IIS reset.
