You respond to all communication objects, such as actions or technical queries using the Communication Management command.

Click Actions
> Communication Management.
Information on the communication object is displayed in various panes in the Communication Management Details page. The panes displayed depend on the type of communication object selected.

You can request more information from other technical specialists using an internal technical query to complete your response by clicking CREATE INTERNAL TECHNICAL QUERY. For more information, see Learn more about technical queries.

Select
next to a document to show the associated files. The 
icon indicates that the file cannot be viewed, either because the web file has not
yet been generated or because the base Hexagon file is not available. See Manually generate or regenerate WebGL viewer files for Hexagon 2D and 3D files (retired) for details of how to generate the web file. Contact your administrator if the base
file is unavailable.

You can view previous revisions of the communication object in the revision box, such as the INITIAL version, but you can only respond to the LATEST revision.

Contractors respond to document renditions specific to their contractor organization. They do not see other organization or contractors responses.

You can return to the previous object in a results grid by clicking PARENT SCREEN.
