Select objects in a results grid, and click Actions
> Relationship Builder.

In the Relationship Items section, add one or more objects to relate to the selected objects from the following tabs:

Pins - shows objects previously saved as pins in your Pinboard or newly created objects in New Items.

Existing - shows objects that are already related to the selected objects.

Search - search for objects in your system using specific search criteria and Filter options.

Select RELATE.

You can only see items that you have access to in the Existing tab or returned in the search results.

If any security rules are applied, only related objects that match the security rules are displayed in the Existing tab.

In a search, you can use the FILTER options to help you select the search criteria. The default behavior of the search is to use the Contains operator. You can use the search operator Is Equal To to return more targeted search results. For more information on configuring the default search operator, see Update an API Entry Point display.
