The MDR document must be listed in the first row of the .csv file in all the MDR submittals. It must have a name, revision, issue date, and file. It should not have an issue purpose. For each submittal, a new revision must be supplied with the revision and issue date. The classification should be specified as MDR to create an MDR submittal.
