The plant breakdown model (PBS) underpins all the data structure in SDx and provides the ability to organize information within an engineering hierarchy. By default, SDx is configured to support the Plant-Area-Unit plant breakdown structure and other secondary structures, as illustrated below:
Plants can exist within a site, and a primary breakdown within the plant can be made into Areas and Units. Other breakdowns can be based on:
