This functionality is not available in the Desktop Client from Update 37.
The Send for Approval command allows you to approve the duplicate documents that are completely resolved and also creates a content discovery task for the approved documents.
The content discovery task is created only if the status of one of the file types
is set to Master. For more information on how to set the file type status, see Set the resolve status for the files (retired).

In the Duplicate Documents pane, select the duplicate documents that are resolved.

Click Send for Approval
to approve the duplicate documents.
