In either the Create Workflow Template or Update Workflow Template forms, select the step for which you want to set the reject path. See also Workflow template configuration (modified in an update).

Beside the Reject Step box, click
to display the Reject Accept Steps form.

The left pane displays the steps in the current workflow

Use Find to display different workflows. You can link a step in one workflow to a step in another.

In the left pane, select the next step to be performed if this step is rejected.

Click Add. The step is displayed in the right pane.

Click OK.
