This functionality was removed in Update 23.
HxGN SDx is delivered with API Services installed and configured to use Hypertext Transport Protocol (Http) by default.
However, if you want to use SSL authentication with your existing system, an SSL certificate must be configured to access the Intergraph Authorization Server authentication services before configuring an existing site or creating a new site.

Before configuring a site to use SSL, you must ensure that the application pools
for the site are stopped in IIS.
