This process is performed by SPCLCommonUI or SPCLServiceManager once per session (whether interactive or batch processing).

  1. Create container composition for the meta-schema.

  2. Create container for meta-schema objects.

  3. Create container for meta-schema messages.

  4. Populate the meta-schema container with meta-schema objects.

The tool adapters and SPCLClient do not create or load the meta-schema. Instead, they use the navigation capabilities provided by the Schema Component to get to meta-schema objects created by SPCLCommonUI or SPCLServiceManager.
