The Server Manager Tools > Recycle > All Application Pools command recycles all the application pools related to the selected site.
Click Tools > Recycle > All Application Pools to recycle all application pools for the selected site.
You can also right-click the selected site and click Tools > Recycle > All Application Pools on the shortcut menu.
