Update 14 introduces the QA Append Reviewer workflow (MSR and HEX versions).
The QA append reviewer workflow is referenced in the QA review workflow when a consolidator requests additional reviewers for a document that is in review.
To use the latest version of the QA Append Reviewer HEX workflow template:

The changes include:
Argument 1 (Workflow name) of the SCLBAddReviewer method is updated with the name of the HEX version.
Change the display type of the RFR column value
Update 23 modifies the way RFR (Reason for receipt) value is displayed in the To Do List.
When a review recipient receives a task in the To Do List, the RFR (Reason for Receipt) column displays I, R, CON, and so on. Starting Update 23, the Reason for Receipt (RFR) representation is changed to not display the name of the RFR, but the description, like Information only, Review, Consolidation, and so on. To change the display type of the RFR (reason for receipt) column value when the consolidator adds a reviewer interactively in the QA review workflow:

Copy the latest version of the MSR QA Append Reviewer Workflow template, and rename it.

Update Argument 1 (Workflow name) with the name of the new copied workflow for the SCLBAddReviewer method.

Click Administration > API Services > Regenerate Metadata to refresh the metadata.
If you have any customizations that have been developed for your system and you do
not want to lose them, then:

Update the HEX QA Append Reviewer Workflow template that you are using by performing the following tasks in the Desktop Client.

For the Perform QA Review step, in the Recipients column, change the Reason for Receipt value from W to R in the Assignment tab.

Click Administration > API Services > Regenerate Metadata to refresh the metadata.

If you have any customizations that have been developed for your system, the customized
version of the workflow template will be replaced by the HEX version.
