Upgrade the QA review workflow template - No review required option - HxGN SDx - Update 60 - Installation & Upgrade

In the SDx document review matrix, the option to allow submitted documents to bypass the QA Review workflow was included in Update 38. The Branch based on matrix not set on contract and the No review required steps were added to the delivered QA Review workflow template. To update the document review process so that these changes are available in your system:

• Copy the latest version of the MSR QA Review Workflow template, and use the copied version.

If you have customized the QA Review Workflow template and do not want to lose those changes, then:

• Update the HEX QA Review Workflow template that you are using by performing the following tasks in the Desktop Client.

  1. Assign the Branch based on matrix not set on contract step as the success step for the SCLBRelateLatestIssuePurposes and Select Matrix on Contract steps.

  2. For the Branch based on matrix not set on contract step, assign Select Matrix on Contract step as the success step and SCLBIdentifyReviewers as the reject step.

  3. Assign No review required step as the reject step for the SCLBIdentifyReviewers step.

  4. Click Administration > API Services > Regenerate Metadata to refresh the metadata.
