Error message

This file is over the maximum size for downloading. Please consult our documentation for workarounds.

Problem

The file is too large for your browser to download.

Solution

To download the file without markups:

1. Navigate back to the file or document in the results list.

2. Select Actions > Save Target As.

3. In the Select files to download page, select the files you want to download. The files are displayed in pages based on the total number of files returned.

   Non-viewable files are also displayed, which you can download as required.

To download the file with markups:

1. Navigate back to the file or document in the results list.

2. Select Actions > Save Alternate Rendition.

   

   • An alternate rendition must exist for the file.

   • Your administrator must configure the method on the GenerateAlternateRendition client API to include markups.
