Issue
The system fails to load submittal data into the staging area, preventing the submittal from starting the load job. As a result:

The validation process does not start.

The report is not available for download in the client.

In My Submittals, the failure is displayed, but detailed error information is not shown.
Solution

Go to View Summary page from the Actions
menu of the selected job in Show My Data Take-On Jobs to view detailed error messages.
These errors are commonly related to incorrect configuration during initial setup.
For example:

Ensure the target system is correctly defined.

Validate all required configuration parameters.

Fix the issues.

Retry the submittal load process.
