Error message
Only column headers are saved. Mappings could not be saved because the parent mapping for the primary or related object is not saved. Ensure the parent mapping is saved.
Problem
During import mapping, the mapping for the mapped related object property is not saved.
This might occur if the parent of the mapped related object property is saved after the mapped related object property, or a staging relationship definition with the same name already exists in the system.
Solution
Save the parent of the mapped related object property first, then save the mapped related object property.
Replace the prefix in the Staging Relationship Definition box with a different value.
