Problem
The viewer displays the following message after opening a large space:
Model has a large range, which limits object visibility
Cause
One or more objects in the model are located considerably away from the main model area. The model may seem to have loaded unsuccessfully, however, the model has actually been zoomed out to fit all its objects in the viewer, with the overall size in the 3D space reduced drastically.
Solution
Contact Support for assistance to decrease the distance in the model.
