Problem
Your company firewall blocks HxGN SDx2 traffic and you cannot connect to HxGN SDx2.
Solution
Your company network administrator needs to add the following as allowed domains in order for cookies to be read and saved:

auth.intergraphsmartcloud.com

<customer_org_name>.sdr.hxgnsmartcloud.com
If you are also going to be using Smart Cloud hosted design tools or other applications then the following will also need to be added as an allowed domain:

<estate-product>.intergraphsmartcloud.com
