Problem
Loading process may fail if naming rules are defined at the project level with the following error message:
Cannot load the naming rule at the project level
Cause
Naming rules defined at the project level are no longer supported.
Solution
You must reshare any tool objects that were previously configured with project-level naming rules so that the appropriate plant-level naming rules can be applied. For more information, see Add naming rule relationships.
