Issue
Submittal status shows “Awaiting approval for export” after validation is 100% complete. The validation process completes successfully, but the submittal stops at "Awaiting approval for export". View the excel validation report to find the errors logged. Common errors include references to missing related items, for example, a unit or a discipline.
Solution

Download and review the validation report

Select the Download Report command from the submittal’s Actions menu to view the errors.

You have two options:

Option 1: Delete the submittal, correct the data, and re-issue it.

Option 2: Approve the submittal to continue loading the data without the missing relationships, then correct those in a future submittal.
