Scenario: While reviewing a work package, you notice that the work package is not progressing as expected. Therefore, you want to raise an issue in the Smart Build Insight application.

  1. On the left bar, click Issue Management .

  2. On the Issue Management panel, click New Issue .

  3. Enter or select the following details:

    Category: General

    Type: Schedule

    Discipline: Architectural

    Subject: Delay in the schedule

    Description: Delay in the schedule planned for ground floor concrete

    Priority: High

    Due Date: [Date after week from today]

  4. In the Owner tab, click Add.

  5. Select the trade manager [Traininguser1] and click Add.

  6. In the Assignees tab, click Add.

  7. Select the trade manager [Traininguser1] and click Add.

  8. In the Work Packages tab, click Add.

  9. Select 00_S_Footings F/R/P and click OK.

  10. Click Submit.

    You can now see the created issue in the list.
