SHARED Tip The Project users page is designed so that you can quickly add one or more users with the same permissions to a project at one time.

  1. On the left bar, click Administrator Settings > Project users.

  2. Select a project.

  3. Click Add user.

  4. In the Add user(s) dialog box, select the user and assign a role. Repeat this for each user you want to add to the project.

  5. Click Add.

Is it possible change the assigned role?

Yes, you can change the role by following these steps:

  1. In the Project users page, click the down arrow in the Role column for the user whose role you want to change.

  2. Select another role, and then click Submit.

Why can't I find a user in the list?

The most common reasons you can't find a user in the Add Users dialog box are:

Need to remove users from a project?

  1. On the left bar, click Administrator Settings > Project users.

  2. Choose the project.

  3. Click Options > next to the user you want to remove.

  4. Click Delete and confirm your action.
