You can open a second data file set to compare the differences and similarities, and save the comparison file separately.
Before you can use the Compare with Data File Set command, you must open a data file set.
Open the Compare Data File Set

Click File > Open > Compare Data File Set.

Click Add Files from .txt File to add a set of files that are listed in a plain text file.
The text file must contain the full path to the file you want to add. Separate data file paths with a return.

Click Add File to add a single file to the Data file list.

Highlight a data file and click Remove Selected Files to remove it from the list.

Enter a name for the data file set in the Name for file set field.

Click OK.
View the Compare Data File Set

Click View > Compare with Data Set.

In the View Data File Set dialog box, click OK.
