Most errors are recorded as log files in the process log folder and in the Windows Event Viewer application.
Some error messages also display in a dialog box. The dialog box has several options that allow you to alter the debug logging behavior, or view more detailed information about the error.
The following icons are used in the message dialog boxes to indicate the type of information being displayed:

Error and Warning dialog boxes contain the following options:

Debug Log - Opens the SmartPlant Client Debug Utility dialog box.

Details - Opens the log file that contains more information on the error.
