You can disable mapped properties in the schema with the Enable/Disable command. This allows you to ignore the relationship between a tool and SmartPlant schema property, or enable a previously disabled relationship.
Disable an existing property

In the Mapped application properties table, select the tool map property definition you want to disable.

On the toolbar, click Enable/Disable .

If you want to disable both publish and retrieve mapping for the property, click the Retrieve tab, and repeat steps 1-3 of this procedure.

Click OK.
Enable an existing disabled property

In the Mapped application properties table, select the tool map property definition you want to enable.

On the toolbar, click Enable/Disable .
