You can disable mapped properties in the schema with the Enable/Disable command. This allows you to ignore the relationship between a tool and SmartPlant schema property, or enable a previously disabled relationship.

Disable an existing property

  1. In the Mapped application properties table, select the tool map property definition you want to disable.

  2. On the toolbar, click Enable/Disable enable-disableicon.

  3. If you want to disable both publish and retrieve mapping for the property, click the Retrieve tab, and repeat steps 1-3 of this procedure.

  4. Click OK.

Enable an existing disabled property

  1. In the Mapped application properties table, select the tool map property definition you want to enable.

  2. On the toolbar, click Enable/Disable enable-disableicon.
