The Reference File Table displays a column for each set of mapping files open for comparison. It also displays the active schema files in the far left column. The colors of the objects in this table indicate the different levels of similarities. For example, if an object in the SmartPlant P&ID column is blue, it exists in both map files, but there is at least one difference between the object in the two files.

Red - The object only exists in the target schema.

Blue - The object exists in both schemas, but is different.

Black - The object exists in both schemas, and is identical.
