Opens the View Ruler Labels Dialog, which displays the coordinate systems for which you can activate rulers and labels. Click View > Ruler Labels to open the View Ruler Labels Dialog.
You must have at least one graphic view; otherwise, the View Ruler Labels command is unavailable.
