  1. Click Tools > Select by Filter to display the Select Filter dialog box - SHARED.

  2. Click New Filter (Simple or Asking) to display the Filter Properties dialog box - SHARED.

  3. Click the Object Type tab.

  4. Expand Equipment Furnishing in the Restrict search to return only objects of the selected types box, and then select Equipment.

  5. Select More in the Property box.

  6. Select Equipment as the object type.

  7. Select Direct Property of Object Type as the relationship.

  8. Select Standard as the category.

  9. Select the Correlation Status attribute, and click OK.

  10. On the New Filter Properties dialog box, select an operator and a value. For example, you can specify that the filter select piping components with a correlation status equal to Correlated with Data Consistency.

  • The filter capability provides a means to query all equipment based on their correlation status with one operation.

  • In addition to the filter for instruments, you can create a filter to select all instruments with a specific correlation status. For more information, see Create a Filter to Select Instruments Based on Correlation Status.
