Fitting worksheets in the HoleMgtEquipment.xls workbook define outfitting catalog fittings used by the Hole Management task. The workbook is delivered to the [Product Folder]\ShipCatalogData\Bulkload\DataFiles\HoleMgmt folder, and is bulkloaded into the catalog.
The workbook is delivered with the fitting worksheets PipeSleeves, CableCoamingCType, CableCoamingCAType, CableCoamingKType, and ConduitSealType. Each worksheet defines a part class in the catalog.
Definition section
Defines attributes that apply to the entire part class.
PartClassType
Class type defined internally by the software. Do not modify.
SymbolDefinition
ProgID of the default Visual Basic symbol.
oa:[parameter name]
Occurrence attribute that places the named symbol parameter or other catalog attribute on the hole fitting Parameters tab of the Properties dialog box in the Hole Management task. The parameter also appears in the Head section.
Head section
Defines individual fitting parts.
PartNumber
Part number of the fitting part as it appears in the Catalog task.
PartDescription
Description for the fitting part as it appears in the Catalog task.
SymbolDefinition
ProgID of the Visual Basic symbol for the fitting part. If defined, overrides the SymbolDefinition in the Definition Section.
DryWeight
Type the empty weight of the part. Be sure to specify the units when typing this value.
WaterWeight
Type the water weight of the part. Be sure to specify the units when typing this value.
The Wet Weight property used in the Weight and CG task of the software is the sum of Dry Weight
and Water Weight.
DryCOGX
Center-of-gravity location for the fitting part along the x-axis when the part is empty.
DryCOGY
Center-of-gravity location for the fitting part along the y-axis when the part is empty.
DryCOGZ
Center-of-gravity location for the fitting part along the z-axis when the part is empty.
[Symbol parameters]
Parameters defined in the symbol and cross-referenced on the CustomInterfaces worksheet, such as width and depth. Individual symbol parameters are not listed here.
[Other catalog attributes]
Other attributes defined in the catalog, but not in the symbol, such as material, stock number, and weight. Individual catalog attributes are not listed here.
SymbolIcon
Specifies a graphic file for the part class. You can view this graphic in the Catalog task or on the Properties dialog box in the Hole Management task in the software. SymbolIcon files are delivered to the SharedContent\SymbolIcons folder.
