Old Coordinate System
Use the Browse 
button and select the coordinate system to which objects are currently connected.
Delete
Deletes the old coordinate system after reconnecting.
New Coordinate System
Use the Browse button and select the new coordinate system to reconnect the objects.
Ensure that both the old and new coordinate systems must be identical in terms of
geometry and topology to reconnect.
