Open the Planning Registry Settings with administrative permissions: [Product Folder]\Planning\Tools\Developer\Bin\PlnRegSettings.exe.

Select Log to File.

Set the Output Filename.
When you run the block assignment process in batch mode, the software automatically
creates the log file BlockAssignLog.log and saves it in the Temp folder. When you
run the block assignment process interactively, this feature is not set by default;
you must set it.
